Winter Warm-up Donation Drive

Donors are invited to bring contributions to the Feb. 22nd event 2024 Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Outlook: Investing in the Downtown of Our Future

Downtown Denver Partnership and CSG are collecting donations of new and gently used winter outerwear for use in the 2024 season. CSG team members work outdoors in all types of weather, morning and night, to clean and care for public environments, specifically downtown Denver. CSG is a fair chance employer, providing job opportunities and support services for individuals who face hurdles to sustainable employment.

Staying warm and dry throughout an 8-hour shift is important for the safety, health and well-being of every CSG team member. Your donation of new and gently used winter outerwear will make a difference in the life of someone in need.
ITEMS FOR DONATION
Clothing requested includes (for adults only, please):

Thermal underwear, base layers, long underwear

Hand warmers (re-chargeable or single use)

Winter gloves

Work boots

Winter waterproof coveralls/bib/snow pants

Warm socks
Check out the CSG wishlist for example items/brands and sizing. You can purchase items to donate now on Amazon and have them shipped directly to CSG.

Gift cards are welcome. We would greatly appreciate it if you would only purchase physical (not digital) gift cards from the following stores for our donation drive:

If you'd like to contribute financially to support Birch Street Initiative, you can make a one-time contribution or set up a recurring monthly donation. Resources donated will go to the purchase of winter outerwear for CSG employees in need.
