CSG (Consolidated Services Group) is a social enterprise that provides commercial cleaning and maintenance services for urban environments, transit hubs, and special districts.
Based in Denver, Colorado and formed as a partnership between Front Range Services and Grounds Service Company in 2014, CSG has over 40 year-round employees who are trained specialists in commercial cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, pressure washing, banner and holiday decoration installation, lighting maintenance, irrigation service, fountain maintenance, trash removal, event setup and cleanup, and special projects.

In 2022, the State of Colorado launched the Fair Chance Hiring Initiative, a new partnership among the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the Colorado Department of Corrections, and the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership. This initiative pairs a network of community organizations with employers who practice fair chance hiring to maximize the necessary resources and support to advance fair chance hiring. From events and connections to playbooks, trainings and certifications, the Colorado Fair Chance Hiring Initiative is leading the way.
