CSG Relocates to Five Points, Hosts Open House Celebration

Caring for the spaces where people live, work, and connect took center stage on Dec. 9th as CSG (Consolidated Services Group) hosted an open house for its new facility in the Five Points neighborhood.
The open house invited community partners, vendors, and clients to get an inside look at the people and operations behind the work that keeps Denver clean and welcoming.
CSG is a Denver-based social enterprise that provides business improvement districts, transit centers, major public spaces and community-wide events with commercial cleaning and maintenance services.

Throughout the open house, guests explored the facility through self-guided tours and hands-on demonstrations of CSG’s specialized tools and equipment. Stations highlighted snow removal operations, pressure washing, graffiti removal, and general maintenance—giving guests a deeper appreciation for the complexity, coordination, and care required to maintain the public environment of a world-class city. Guests even got to test their own pressure washing skills!
In addition to operational demonstrations, CSG showcased its growing fleet of electric vehicles and environmentally responsible practices. CSG’s one-of-a-kind bike-transported pressure washers (Sparkles and Bubbles) were on display and sparked conversations about sustainability, air quality, and noise reduction in metro Denver. CSG Clean Team members were on hand to explain how thoughtful equipment choices and daily procedures contribute to cleaner streets and healthier communities.
The event also celebrated Five Points as a neighborhood hub. Guests enjoyed snacks and treats from two woman-owned local businesses—Little Bodega and Scratch Bakery.
Beyond operations and equipment, the open house emphasized CSG’s people-first culture. Clean Team members work outdoors day and night, year-round, often in challenging conditions. To support employees during the winter months, the open house marked the kickoff of CSG’s annual Winter Warmup Donation Drive. Donation boxes were on site to collect new winter wear for adults, including warm socks, gloves, and hand warmers—simple items that make a significant difference for employees working long hours in cold weather.

The new facility, located at 2305 Tremont Place, reflects CSG’s continued growth and investment in Denver’s urban core. Designed to support both staff and operations, the space serves as a home base for teams who maintain some of the city’s most active public environments. The Tremont Place location allows CSG to better serve clients throughout the Denver metro area.
Here are just a few of the perks!
Faster deployment of CSG Clean Teams to the field
Improved access to supplies and equipment with secure 24/7 storage
Expanded secure warehouse space for client supplies, outdoor furniture, and fixtures
Expedited after-hours and emergency support
Increased sustainability with proximity to transit routes and bike-friendly access and new environmentally-friendly equipment that conserves energy and resources
Thank you to everyone that was able to attend! If you weren’t able to make it to the Open House, but would like to schedule a personal tour to see the space and learn more about CSG’s commercial cleaning and maintenance services, schedule your visit here.
